A Message From The Constitutional Tax Collector

Anne M. Gannon - Constitutional Tax Collector - Serving Palm Beach County

Welcome to the Online Tax Search and Payment Center.

Unpaid 2011 property taxes are now delinquent and cannot be paid online.  Property taxes are delinquent on April 3, 2012 with 3% interest and advertising charges applied to the total amount due.    March Installment Payments may be paid in person or postmarked on or before April 6, 2012.  We cannot accept March Installment Payments online.

The Constitutional Tax Collector is required to conduct a tax certificate sale for delinquent property taxes early June.  A list of all unpaid parcels is advertised for three (3) consecutive weeks prior to the sale date. The listing is advertised and published in the Palm Beach Daily Business Review during May.
